HCC EMEA Education Architect Role
Location: Germany

What are you looking for in an Education Architect?
We are looking for an adoption and change specialist with a track record in managing /delivering large cloud software-based change programs across sophisticated organisations. Ideally, the change will have brought together disparate teams onto a new technology, and you will have detailed experience of Salesforce digital transformation projects using Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud, along with Training Planning and Management, and Organisational Change!
We are looking for candidates with German or French language skills for this position.
You Will
- Assist with Change and Enablement Pre-Sales activities
- Engage on customer projects to develop Enablement Strategies, Detailed Training Approach/Plan (aligned with the technical plan), craft the curriculum per role and delivery mechanisms, plus ensure measures are in place to rate the impact of our work
- Work with the Resource Manager to ensure the right resources are allocated to each project
- Manage with Curriculum Developers, Training Instructors on customer projects
- Keep internal systems in sync for a number of projects
- Responsible for all assets/project templates - presales to project wrap up
- Kick off project calls (internal and customer)
- Facilitate weekly status calls with customers
- Supervise ongoing projects and deal with critical issues
- Provide forecast data for each project
- Check and approve timecards and expenses
- Final accountability for quality control of project results
- Facilitate Customer Review Meetings
- Prioritising for Core, MC and Change Management projects
- Ensure we are stays in sync with Salesforce policies on each project (systems, resourcing, HR)
- Project wrap up
- Analyse customer business requirements and translate into our Services
- Co-create new service packages as business requires
