General Job Function
E3D Software Administration (Software Company AVEVA)
Plant Layout Engineer (e.g. Piping, Components, Supports, Civil)
It must be a combination between an Administrator for E3D (Software) and Plant Layout Engineer.

Your Day to Day

  • Administration of E3D Software (AVEVA)
  • Installation and configuration of E3D software and hardware Management
  • Support in setting up accounts and workstations
  • Organize and support the data exchange during big projects
  • Monitoring the performance and maintenance of systems according to requirements
  • Resolving problems and failures from the system.
  • Ensuring security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Updating systems with new release
  • Development of experience to train employees on new technologies
  • Organization of data backup and storage systems


Who You Are

  • Bachelor / Master Degree of information technology
  • 3-5 years in administrative work (proven)
  • Experience in plant layout engineering
  • AVEVA certificates of ADMIN work (E3D), Microsoft System Administrator
  • Basic skills in programming
  • Very good English language skills, German native speaker
  • Open communication to the team members.
  • Creative problem solving (“I own it, I make it happen”)
  • Willing to travel
