Title: Director/Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement & Training
Location: Europe (Zurich, Dusseldorf or United Kingdom preferred, but remote work elsewhere in Europe is OK).
Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Roambee, a global leader in real-time supply chain shipment and critical asset visibility and intelligence. Reporting to the V.P. of Product Marketing and Strategy, this role will serve as a critical conduit for training and certifying our customer-facing team members on consistent and comprehensive messaging and supporting tools. Start as an individual contributor with a mandate build and lead your own global team to support as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Design, document, and deliver repeatable processes for training Roambee’s Revenue Team (Sales, Integrated Demand Gen, Customer Experience, and Pre-Sales teams) on proper usage of sales enablement collateral and tools, to include:
  • Sales pitch decks and supporting content
  • Marketing collateral
  • Product demonstrations
  • ROI calculators
  • Pricing and product documentation
  • Supporting tools (CRM, proposal automation, contracts, document management, etc.)
Develop a certification process for ensuring Revenue team members are all properly trained. Build a team of sales trainers to support each region.
Required experience:
  • 5+ years in a product marketing, pre-sales, or sales enablement team at a B2B technology company, ideally Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
  • Experience in training sales and affiliated team members
  • Experience on a global team, effectively working with team members in countries around the world
Nice-to-have experience:
  • Experience working with supply chain/logistics technology
  • Pharmaceutical and transportation industry experience
  • Experience working with hardware, platforms, and software
Must speak English fluently. Travel up to 25% of time, when travel is able to resume freely.
