We’re looking for a talented Solution Consultant Director for our clients to provide leadership to a team of Solution Consultants. Are you curious, motivated, and forward-thinking? What will I do?

  • Manage pre-sales technical staff and support activities for the commercial sell, development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions
  • Develop detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans
  • Provide/oversee pre-sales technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Work with marketing and product managers to define new products
  • Serve as company liaison on specific technical projects with customers
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

Your new team

The Director of Solutions Consulting will provide leadership to a team of Solution Consultants; co-ordinate pre-sales technical support/guidance/dialogue with sales prospects; ensure best in class Technical, Financial and Operational solutions are developed; support, advise and train customers during tech pre sales conversations, all whilst ensuring effective liaison with internal stakeholders. There may also be an expectation to support a tier 1 strategic customer, acting as the Solution consultant arm of an effective Account Team. This would be dependent on number of direct reports the Director would have.
