Our client is a digital partner with a base in Europe. They focus on sustainable digital value generation and serve a variety of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and more than 50 global private equity companies. Due to their high level of selection, they only have 200 employees at the moment, but they are currently in a strong growth period and seeking to add 300 people as soon as feasible. Their specialised team of professionals, which consists only of the best brains, has grown as a result of projects they have landed with global industrial giants.

Director Digital Strategy
What to expect:
  • assume accountability for clients and global, strategic projects
  • In charge of project teams and external coordination
  • Create effective and relevant textual communication for clients in a range of mediums, including as reports and slide packs
  • As part of both client projects and internal projects, organise activities such workshops, meetings, research, stakeholder involvement, business analysis, technical analysis, and solution design.
  • investigate fresh subjects that might be of interest to our clients
  • facilitating seminars with clients and assisting with content-related queries
  • In addition to supporting recruiting efforts for new and high-potential Strategy Managers, manage and develop your staff.

Personal Requirements:
  • Outstanding academic status with a university degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
  • Experience in the field of digital marketing for at least five years, preferably with a focus on (digital) strategy, transaction advice, or digital marketing
  • demonstrated strong analytical skills and a love of technology while remaining creative
  • Excellent team coordination and leadership abilities
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint abilities
  • Team player that is passionate about their work and is service-oriented and communicative. Able to communicate with clients and the business.
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking, especially in writing brief content
  • Excellent German and English
