Director Business Unit „Mobile Accessories“ (m/f/d)

Goals of your position:

• Further development and implementation of the long-term strategy for "Mobile Accessories" with the goal of achieving global leadership in the area of mobile accessories on online marketplaces.
• Ensuring continued double-digit annual growth rates.
• Direct disciplinary responsibility for Category Management, Pricing, Sourcing and Project Management and thus further development, leadership and promotion of these teams (currently 15 employees) including the Head of / Teamlead management level below you.
• Cross-divisional P&L responsibility for the Mobile Accessories business unit with direct stakeholders Quality Management, Transport Management and Marketing.
• Implementation of the overall planning and forecasting of all relevant areas of the business unit.
• Taking responsibility for cross-functional processes within the business unit and with neighbouring departments.

You have relevant professional experience in top management in a Director, VP or SVP role, love dynamic environments and want to be influential in a strongly entrepreneurial role to help develop KW-Commerce into the leading marketplace seller worldwide. If you meet the following requirements, we should definitely get to know each other:

• Your previous professional experience is characterised by a relationship with products in category management, preferably in e-commerce or a comparable high-intensity business, ideally private label related to Asia.
• You have already gained management experience with large and international teams.
• You have completed a master’s degree with a business component or an MBA with good or very good results.
• You have the drive and skillset to develop our mobile accessories brands "kalibri" and "kwmobile" into global market leaders in online marketplaces.
• You are an analytical person, think and act in terms of systems, structures and processes.
• Your English skills are very good and you are willing to travel internationally to Asia on a regular basis.
