Digital Experience Manager Europe (m/f/d)


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the Birkenstock.com Upper Funnel for Europe: launch new and optimise existing touchpoints incl. membership, create engaging user journeys, drive discovery and engagement based KPIs
  • Define the Upper Funnel strategy, including integration into the rest of the funnel, touchpoint purpose, goals and KPIs framework
  • Manage CMS for all content updates
  • Integrate Marketing, Brand and Membership content to inspire and educate consumers. Tell the story of Birkenstock, the brand with 250 years of tradition in shoemaking
  • Create best-in-class processes for content management
  • Use Data to drive your decision making – collaborate cross-functionally to deliver relevant insights
  • Monitor, analyse and report on Upper Funnel performance
  • Manage and own the centralized understanding of best practice, key learnings, and recommendations for future improvements
  • Maintain a clear understanding of our consumer and member profiles, overall consumer expectations, emerging trends, marketplace dynamics, and available levers to inform the Upper Funnel strategy
  • Act as a passionate champion of creating exceptional consumer and member experiences across the whole of the organization

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Minimum 5 years of digital experience ideally in eCom, content management, consumer experience, consumer insights, merchandising or eCom operations
  • Consumer centric mindset: passionate about exceptional consumer experience as shown by staying up to date with the latest best practices and trends
  • Previous experience owning eCom CMS, Optimizely preferred
  • Experience with content analytics tool, preferred ContentSquare
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Analytically minded acting as a data-driven decision maker
  • Clear written and oral communication incl. presentations to senior leaders
  • A collaborative mindset, to foster a constructive team environment where diverse backgrounds, skills and perspectives are brought together to achieve common goals
