KeyQualifications

  • 5+ years of ASIC/VLSI designexperience and a track record of developing complex ASIC functionsin successful products
  • Knowledge of best practices withrespect to implementation of digital logic
  • Understanding of digital designflow including RTL simulation, CDC, logic synthesis, timingconstraints, timing closure, STA, back annotation of parasitics,gate level simulation, equivalence checking
  • Are aware of asynchronous designconcepts, related rules and restrictions
  • Have experience withAnalog/Digital interface implementations
  • Comfortable with analysing adesign and partition between HW implementation and SWcontrol
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Ability to work well withinternational teams, take ownership and motivate self andothers
  • Fluent Englishskills

We are involved in all phases of the product developmentcycle, from concept study, architecture definition, RTL design andverification, to silicon bring-up and characterisation in ourMunich team! Your tasks will involve: - You work with ChipArchitect and Analog Design teams to understand the top levelrequirements of the digital functions and develop detailedspecifications - Partition the functions between HW and FW for themost efficient implementation Implement the functions in(System)Verilog RTL to specification - Perform basic unit leveltesting of the RTL functions - Equivalence checking, Static TimingAnalysis - Collaborate with the verification team by writingself-checking tests as the need arises - Develop FW to support DVand ATE environments
