• Ensure data is captured correctly across our app. Be the expert in our analytics tool in terms of how to use it and what is stored in it
• Use data to provide insights to help us improve our business and product strategy
• Translate the wishes of non-technical people into informative and understandable dashboards. Educate and consult your business stakeholders to help them understand the outcome
• Proactively identify potential data-related issues and propose a solution to your stakeholders
• Develop and maintain tracking plans serving multiple departments including Product, Growth and Operations
  
  

What we are looking for

• More than 3 years of analytics experience in a business environment
• Familiarity with A/B testing and basic statistics
• Strong visualisation experience for analytical reports and experience using business intelligence platforms (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Amplitude, Segment.io)
• Experience establishing metrics and data best practices
• Ability to communicate strategic insights and data findings and presenting to internal and external non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines
• Sense of initiative to drive new projects
• Excellent English written communication and verbal skills (German is plus, but not required)
