Overview:
Upwork has partnered with a large client, a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. They provide cloud-based BPO services for organizations in an easily scalable home-based workforce model, with outstanding quality provided by native-speaking individuals.

They are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists (German Speaking) to support on of their clients which is the flagship of shared green-mobility across the EU.
Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, answering emails and chats in German language in a timely matter
  • Performing callbacks (reaching out to customers who requested help previously)
  • Escalate problems in German language for Second Line Help-desk support if applicable
  • Help with any additional administrative tasks on campaign
  • Learn and follow instructions, use standard operating procedures and call scripts, FAQs as provided by management.
  • Ensure the Service Desk meets all SLA compliance requirements to the business by exercising an ownership mentality toward customer needs, showing respect and consideration to all team members and contributing improvements where possible
Qualifications:
  • Fluent German and solid English language skills
  • At least 1 year experience in call/service center
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications, technology acumen
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Able to work minimum 5-6 hours daily in CET timezone
