responsibilities- Develop and maintain good working relationships with external customers, managing
assigned accounts as necessary - Take ownership for your customer’s satisfaction
- Resolve day-to-day problems with customers by telephone and email as well as managing
customer inquiries within our Customer Relationship Management tool(s) - Recommend products to customers based on their requirements
- Enter and expedite orders in an accurate and timely manner using SAP
- Understand and implement order, scheduling and expediting process
- Manage the formalized delivery process and capture changes to delivery dates
- Pro-actively communicate to and with the customer to ensure high customer satisfaction and
engagement - Work closely with our internal departments like production, sales, product line management
finance and Supply Chain - Order and Project Management
- Must be fluent in english and french (native speaker level), other languages are a plus
- Experienced in working with SAP or other ERP-Systems (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
- Customer care experience
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to build and execute Excel Spreadsheets to manage large blocks of data
- Accurate typing skills and experienced in working with MS Office
- Ability to learn remotely and work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Excellent team player and ability to work with a larger remote group
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to express ideas clearly and precisely
- Basic accounting knowledge will be a plus
- Commercial understanding is required
