You’re the voice of the Berlin Brands Group!

Start as a customer service agent (m/f/d), become a part of our gang and join one of the leading eCommerce companies in Europe. After a paid training programme (4 weeks), you will become an important part of BBG and gain insights into our exiting day-to-day business.

Your responsibilities:
You are a competent and committed contact partner and service provider for our English-speaking customers (only inbound) via phone, e-mail and chat
You advise and support our customers regarding our product portfolio, orders and returns process
You are the first-level contact and you edit customer inquiries for the Back-Office team
You will manage customers from our biggest marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, etc.
You are responsible for the post-processing and documentation of customer inquiries
You cooperate with internal departments

Your profile:
You have relevant professional experience with customers, ideally in a dynamic environment
You have a customer-orientated attitude and an exceptional telephone manner
You have a strong service mentality
You are fluent in English (written&spoken). An additional language like German, Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish would be an advantage
You offer a quick perception and excellent problem-solving skills
You are comfortable in working independently as well as part of a team

Working hours - We are offering regular working hours and flexible shift planning- no work on Sundays or public holidays, Saturdays with previous arrangement. Service times from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, the possibility of mobile working and a modern office in the heart of Berlin (Jannowitzbrücke).
