Job Summary

We are currently searching for customer service representatives (m/f/d) with Polish in Berlin!

YOUR TASKS:
  • You advise our Polish speaking customers via phone and email and increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently
  • Building rapport with new and existing customers, giving the best possible customer experience
  • Demonstrating a keen attention to detail
  • Working effectively as part of an international team
  • Adhering to company principles and values at all times

WE OFFER:
  • Fixed salary of €2080 / month gross
  • Performance bonus of up to €250 / month
  • Various options for contracts - 30 to 40 hours a week
  • Job demands Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM - no weekends!
  • 27 days holiday leave
  • You will take part in a professional, paid training prior to starting your work

YOU OFFER:
  • Fluency in polish (native) and English
  • Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
  • Previous customer service experience preferable

  • You are empathetic and socially competent
  • You can work from our office in Berlin
