YOUR ROLE

As a Corporate Treasury Intern with a focus on cash management and Llquidity, you will play a critical role in supporting the Treasury Team in managing the company’s cash and liquidity positions. You will work closely with treasury professionals to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate treasury, including cash management, cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, and risk management. This internship presents an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills in finance, treasury, and risk management while contributing to the financial success of the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in daily cash management activities, including group’s liquidity management, reporting on cash balances, preparing cash position reports, and executing cash movements
• Support cash forecasting efforts by analyzing historical data, collecting inputs from various departments
• Assist in monitoring and managing bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatory lists, and KYC
• Support the Treasury Team in analyzing and mitigating liquidity risks by maintaining cash flow projections, identifying potential liquidity issues, and proposing solutions
• Assist in maintaining documentation and records related to treasury transactions, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Legal, to gather relevant information and ensure accurate and timely treasury operations
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of treasury management system (TMS) and other financial technology tools‍

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you:

• have first professional experience (>6 months) in corporate treasury, banking, management consulting or corporate finance
• Have a bachelors/masters degree in a relevant field like
• have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software,
• have knowledge of treasury management concepts and financial instruments,
• enjoy working independently and have the willingness to learn in challenging / fast paced environments,
• have strong analytical skills and an attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality,
• are business fluent in English‍.
