We have the right offer for you!Your tasks- Lead transformation - Take a leading role in the overall organizational transformation. Contribute to enhance culture and operating model of a growth-oriented business
- Build structures - Define, roll-out and lead a “Center of Excellence” for the ATS Business Model (ABM) using ambassadors. Coordinate with the corporate ABM Team and ensure global ABM standards are understood and followed
- Create impact - Positively influence the PA key value drivers. Cooperate with the PA consulting team (BLSG) to drive internal and support external optimization projects
- Spread knowledge - Build capability at all levels in the PA segment organization to ensure continuous improvement cycles. Promote and facilitate associate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and Kaizen leadership
- Facilitate progress - Assist our management team in achieving the goal deployment and strategic plan objectives related to PA´s strategic initiatives. Work closely with the business leadership to transform traditional business into digital operational excellence solutions
- Completed studies in the field of engineering or comparable, MBA or similar education in Business Administration welcome
- 0-5+ years of Operations, Engineering, Transactional Continuous Improvement experience
- Experience in transformation & change projects in non-production environment (Engineering, IT, Consulting, Admin)
- Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of view
- Good knowledge of lean management, lean administration and continuous improvement toolkits (e.g. six sigma, DBS)
- Superior communications skills to communicate to all levels of the organization in German and English (minimum level C1 expected)
- Familiarity with various operational and commercial processes and tools (e.g. ERP, Sales, order processing, CRM, Purchasing)
- Knowledge of quality and process management procedures and systems as well as project management standards
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75%, Location in Ludwigshafen, Münster, Garching near Munich or any other PA site
