Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Service GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy S.A., headquartered in Zamudio, Spain, and combines the operational business units Service and Maintenance, Service Sales Technical Support, and Life Cycle Engineering of wind turbines installed throughout Europe. Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Service GmbH operates internationally and is represented in Germany, France, Austria, Italy, the United Kingdom and Poland.

This position is related to the German market.

How To Contribute To Our Vision
  • Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP.
  • Supports the Project Manager that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets.
  • Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the responsibility in this regard with respect to commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.
  • Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities.
  • Actively communicates with customer’s commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues.
  • Supports Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors.
  • Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.
  • Ensures the compliance with the LoA guidelines for all commercial aspects.
  • Leads commercial project team members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establishes a culture of trust and integrity.
What You Need To Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable.
  • Relevant work experience combined with good economic understanding.
  • Work experience in Project Management would be a big advantage but it is not mandatory.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English(C1), both orally and in writing.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP is mandatory. Other financial planning tools are highly recommended.
  • Excellent communication skills necessary for stakeholder management are mandatory.

  • Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Auswahl und Einbindung von Partnern / Lieferanten.
  • Repräsentation des Projektes in den relevanten Entscheidungsgremien intern und extern.
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der LoA-Richtlinien für alle kommerziellen Aspekte.

  • Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Verbindung mit einem guten wirtschaftlichen Verständnis.
  • Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen (C2) und englischen (C1) Sprache, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in SAP sind obligatorisch. Andere Finanzplanungstools sind wünschenswert.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten für effektives Stakeholder-Management
  • Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten für transparentes Projektcontrolling
