BANYis creating a self-service analysis tool that is specifically crafted to monitor, evaluate and optimize batch processes, for people with and without data science background!The BANY venture is at the beginning of its journey.
We are looking for a motivated and highly self-driven expert to join our journey. Are you the right one to bring our operations to life?
Your role
- You are an essential part of the founding team of BANY and together with your two technical co-founders responsible for the overall success of the venture
- Together with your cofounders you will create a compelling vision for BANY, set goals and derive actions to reach important milestones
- You are responsible to create a strong positioning of BANY in the competitive landscape
- You will represent the venture within BASF and externally in order to raise awareness and fill the initial customer pipeline
- You are setting up a business development plan and derive marketing strategies
- You form strategic alliances in order to grow the venture on the offering or customer side
- You are responsible for all marketing and customer acquisition related topics and will grow an internal sales team
- You are responsible for all finance related topics, including owning the internal P&L overview and creating future business case scenarios and investor fundraising
Your offer
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
- You are familiar with the chemical or pharmaceutical production process and understand the need in the associated data analysis
- You are experienced in commercializing digital products in the B2B context
- You are an independent player, ready to travel up to 20% of your working time
- You have experience in motivating and leading teams
- Your communication skills are excellent in English (German is a big Plus) and you feel comfortable with handling customers
- You are a power point and excel master
