We are looking for a client account manager to:
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point-of-entry contact for processing client orders such as account openings and account maintenance tasks
- perform administrative tasks related to general client inquiries and investment request
- keep in touch with clients and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
- manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
- research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with internal partners in a timely and professional manner
Your team
You will be working in the Latin America team in Hamburg. We are servicing clients from the CAS (Central, Andean, Southern markets) region as well as from Mexico and Brazil. We’re focused on managing, preserving and growing our clients’ wealth, and help our clients plan for and manage succession. We provide our employees with training and continuous education to better serve our clients and promote personal development. As client account manager you’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
- relevant experience in a similar role supporting client advisors in dealing with sophisticated private clients
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- interest in banking regulation and willingness to study and apply day-to-day
- excellent communication skills
- fluent in Spanish and English, knowledge of German is an advantage
