Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with the General Manager regularly, keeping them up to date with any on site changes or action plans
  • Empower and support the team or colleagues and suppliers to deliver a great service
  • Lead and inspire your team through training, coaching, development and feedback
  • Design, manage and own the overall experience, not just the offerings
  • Set an expectation of hospitality that is friendly and engaging
  • Create, manage and implement new projects and ideas
  • Ensure team reviews, coaching sessions, and disciplinary actions are delivered in a professional and timely manner
  • Monitor and manage all financial responsibilities such as forecasting and budgeting
  • Identify and develop both internal and external talent to ensure clear succession planning
  • Promote a culture of Food and Workplace Safety
  • Empower and support the team or colleagues and suppliers to deliver a great service
  • Monitor labour turnover and support the People Business Partner to ensure your team is fully recruited
  • Create Incredible Customer Experiences with your team

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years Management experience in a fast paced environment
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are mandatory, any other language is an advantage
  • IT user skills - G-Suite ➔ Hands on approach
  • Good communicator
  • History of developing winning teams
  • Can do attitude
  • Eager to learn and progress
  • Willing to take risks in pursuing operational excellence
