We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (m / f / d) to join our team in Munich. Your contribution will be crucial as we develop our rapidly growing DACH & EU business. In order to follow-up on, qualify, and discover opportunities from marketing-generated campaigns and outbound cold calling efforts targeting accounts to feed the sales pipeline, you will directly report to our sales department and work closely with our marketing and sales teams.

fraud0 is an AI Bot Detection company backed by some of Europe’s best software investors and serial entrepreneurs. We help online businesses detect fake and fraudulent ad impressions and clicks, preventing ad budget losses and improving the digital experience for valid human traffic.

Tasks

  • Nurture, educate and qualify inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities via phone and email
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team by performing outbound cold calling, targeting companies that meet our customer profile
  • Research accounts prior to first contact to understand the prospect’s needs and educate the prospect on the benefits of fraud0
  • Prepare competitive analyses, derive product trends as well as initiate marketing measures
  • Schedule demo meetings for sales representatives and prospects
  • Seek new business by analyzing market reports, sales tools, and cold prospecting
  • Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability
  • Define and implement suitable measures to sustainably strengthen and expand customer relationships
Requirements

  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty
  • Excellent lead follow-up skills, responding to and qualifying leads from marketing generated campaigns and incoming phone and web inquiries
  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques (including cold calls) targeting multiple level contacts including executive management
  • Experience using Salesforce (big plus)
  • Technical savviness, general technical knowledge / skills / interest, ability to quickly learn about ad tech, bots, online advertising
  • Superb presentation skills as well as friendly and confident appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills – Business fluent in German and English (C2 or C1)
