As a Business Analyst E-commerce you’ll play a key role in digital transformation projects for our Retail ecommerce platform.

You will be responsible for analyzing opportunities or problems, designing solutions, facilitating refinements, preparing stories for development and delivering high quality products to the business as well as performing quality control during development process.

You will also be responsible for:

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing requirements and writing user stories based on input from your business stakeholders.
• Analyzing and designing the most effective solution to achieve our business goals.
• Conducting and facilitating refinement workshops.
• Coordinating requirements and necessary changes to third parties.
• Onboarding stakeholders in new digital solutions and facilitate adoption.
• Ensuring that solutions are properly documented.
• Acting as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to cross-functional teams.

This position is a full-time role and could be placed in our office either in Solna, SE or Hamburg, DE. You will report directly to our Product Lead B2C Ecommerce.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a digital e-commerce environment.
• Good listener and able to process information quickly.
• You are an analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to closely collaborate with others.
• Being able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• You are familiar with agile way of working.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experiences with design thinking is a plus.
• You love to spend time in the nature and sustainability is not just a buzzword for you.
