Your Mission
As a Business Administration Manager,you are responsible for managing, organizing, and carrying out HR and Accounting tasks for the Plant. You work closely with the Plant Manager, the local management team, and the staff to successfully coordinate the day-to-day activities in our operations.
Your Responsibilities
Part 1: Human Resources
- Preparation of the payroll for the assigned group of employees
- Processing of admissions, transfers, changes in remuneration, and withdrawals under consideration of legal provisions
- Creation of employment contracts, contract supplements, etc. and monitoring
- Maintaining employee records (e.B. vacation and sick days, time accounts)
- Preparation of performance assessments, work certificates as well as the organization of training
- Maintenance, evaluation, and processing of personnel statistics
- Participation in current local (possibly also higher-level) HR projects
Part 2: Finance
- Monitoring of local billing processes
- Support in accounting (e.g. in the area of auditing)
- Support of the plant manager during the annual budget rounds
Part 3: Office Organization
- Point of contact for internal employee questions as well as external questions
- Supporting communication processes in the plant (exchange with the departments, employee information)
- Ordering of office supplies, spare parts, etc.
Your Profile
- Commercial training (with focus on human resources, finance, or office organization) OR equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of practical work experience
- Ideally knowledge of German payroll and labor law
- Organizational talent and good time management
- Communication strength
- Careful and independent working method
- Very good German and English skills
- Safe use of Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
