The Brand Manager is responsible for adapting and executing the brand’s marketing strategy (360° marketing) on the German and Austrian markets. This position reports directly to the local Head of Marketing.
In this role your main missions will be:
- Translate the brand’s global marketing strategies and campaigns into marketing and sales plans and tactics to fuel brand growth in the region.
- Lead and execute the brand’s marketing and communications plan to ensure brand objectives are met.
- Identify the optimal marketing mix for the brand.
- Manage the creation, monitoring and reporting of the marketing plan and budget.
- Take care of the best brand presence digitally and at the POS (VM, SiS, displays)
- Ensure the proper implementation of seasonal visual merchandising plans, in line with brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback and influence marketing strategies. Communicate regularly with the brand marketing team at group level regarding challenges, opportunities, and progress within the territory.
- Guide external partners and agencies (Media, PR, Influencer).
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, visual merchandiser team and business analysts.
- Degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years’ marketing experience in fashion, luxury goods, accessories, or cosmetics.
- Affinity for branded, fashionable, trendy and luxury products (watches and jewellery)
- Experience in Digital marketing, OOH and TV plannings, PR and influencer relations
- Good understanding of business challenges (Omni Channel approach) and ability to lead transformation projects.
- Always up to date regarding relevant marketing trends and new tools
- Good contacts to the influencer, PR and agency branch are nice to have.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in written and spoken business English and German.
