At CARUSO, we make work play. CARUSO was founded in 03/2017 as an industry initiative emerging in the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM). Our Go Live with active data delivery was in 11/2017. Since then, our mission is to provide Access to Car Data for all players in the mobility sector. Our platform provides open, fair and non-discriminatory access to in-vehicle data across different brands.

  • You design, develop, and test the backend of our core asset: our cloud-based platform for in-vehicle data
  • You are coding clean, with a focus on production-grade, high performance, and high re-usability
  • You manage the end-to-end integration and testing, test automation, and continuous integration and delivery
  • You are eager to cooperate within our international, agile, cross-functional teams
  • You have the ability to work independently and to stay focused in an agile, distributed environment
  • You have outstanding analytical skills combined with a structured and sustainable problem-solving approach
  • You have a result-driven attitude with a strong focus on creating and delivering value for our customers
Requirements

You Have
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in software development
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Spring, Java, and related frameworks and technologies. Experiences in Go is a plus
  • Experience in the design of RESTful APIs (JSON, XML)
  • Experience in the use of Confluence and Jira
  • Hands-on mentality and attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills. German or one more EU relevant language is a plus
