The role of the Field Marketing Manager will be to scale, execute and optimize our demand generation activities, events and campaigns across Germany & Northern Europe.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing to create localized brand awareness and support our regional pipeline goal, targeting Enterprise audiences primarily but also startups.
This position reports to Field Marketing Lead (based in France) and will partner with sales leaders and key global stakeholders. This is a challenging position in one of the fastest growing fintechs in Europe.
What will you be doing?
Focusing on the German & Nordics regions, you will be in charge of the Field Marketing strategy and execution that aligns with local goals and budget, but also global marketing plays and regional sales priorities.
Work closely and build relationships with global and local sales teams to align our go-to- market strategy and reach our targets.
Drive awareness and lead generation through ON / OFF tactics such as 3rd party Events, Meetups, Webinars, ABM, Digital marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with Brand and Comm to gain regional awareness with PR activities.
Partner with Content & Design teams to create local content and marketing/sales collateral such as customer success stories, market trends, thought leadership interviews.
Identify new marketing activities, manage all local agencies (event, localization..) and produce projects from concept to completion.
Support our Partner Marketing activities to develop and deliver joint account based partner marketing (webinar, events).
Responsible for lead processing, submissions and tracking for campaign performance in your region
Base decisions on data-driven insights into the full event lifecycle.
What skills and experience do you need?
- 3-4+ years of experience in planning a range of events/webinars and digital campaigns for multiple audiences
- Proven B2B Field Marketing experience, ideally in Germany / or Europe in the payment industry, a B2B fintech or Software/Saas company.
- German native speaker and professional English (written and oral communication)
- A great mix of data driven and creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Significative experience in sales-led go-to-market, working closely with the sales team.
- Fast learner, curious, excellent ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience at a high-growth company within a $50-150M ARR range.
