As senior manager in our team, you will be a leader for all things incidence prevention, leading our industry experts with a focus on next generation packaging & quality solutions at scale.
In addition to complex problem solving and team development, you are a true team player, working closely as functional leaders with other internal key organizations. We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, data driven manager who can work well cross-functionally, develop and coach team members, and develop & implement scalable solutions to protect our customers and enable our suppliers. What You’ll Do
- Represent the wider team: as a leader of the incidents prevention team, you represent the whole team internally & externally on senior level on all things incidents, influencing stakeholders effectively

- Craft unparalleled Value Propositions: ensure our warehouses and suppliers have access to the best-in-class materials & services at a great price and service level
- Enable a diverse set of internal stakeholders: Execute a cohesive strategic plan in a matrix organization with ownership divided across specialized team which requires understanding, influencing, and motivating many different teams and individuals
- Continuously improve on performance:ensure that the team is working on high impact projects by deep diving into data and identifying trends and monitoring impact of newly implemented solutions and steering the business accordingly
- Own your space: you will be handed a great opportunity to shape the innovation function of the team over years to come. Owning this space with high confidence whilst being humble will ensure the teams success
