Assistant (m/f/d) to the Division Management Supply Chain

Your new job includes

As part of the supply chain team, you will support the the Vice President Global Supply Chain, the Director for Planning and Order Mgmt. and teams. You will be an important contact person for the departments as well as internal and external interfaces. As an assistant you will in particular
  • take on all the classic tasks of an assistant, in particular internal and external correspondence
  • take on overarching administrative tasks for the department and coordinate them with / for the team members
  • be responsible for the internal communication of information as an interface to the department
  • organize appointments, events, conferences and trade fairs and coordinate calendar and travel planning
  • prepare presentations and minutes as well as support the division managers in projects
  • assist with annual budget planning and keep track of departmental costs

What you should bring along

  • Commercial apprenticeship, ideally relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international environment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), ideally SAP knowledge
  • Fluent German and English both written and spoken
  • Affinity for numbers, confident and professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills and assertiveness as well as pleasure in dealing with international internal and external contacts
