• Management of the specialist service application support with currently 11 employees incl. implementation of resource planning.
• Develop, further develop and optimize concepts for the integration of application software including collecting and analyzing the current state, the need or requirements.
• Administration and technical assurance of the functionality of all specialist applications.
• Review of new processors in terms of compliance with data protection.
• Technical support of tendering procedures
• Ensure the software license management
• Manage and monitor the allocated IT budget.
• Development of concepts for data backup and data security
• Management, planning and implementation of projects in cooperation with other departments of the department, including budget responsibility.
• Responsibility for the timeliness of the documentation of the specialist service
