Now we are looking for an outstanding:

Analyst / Associate Corporate Finance (m/w/d)

What you’ll do:
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders on corporate finance topics
  • Involved in the due diligence work on potential new equity and debt investors
  • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for financing partners, equity investors and senior management
  • Responsible for the documentation and day-to-day communication with our financing partners
  • Cooperate across multiple departments for various projects, especially with accounting, operations and sales
  • Support the ongoing refinancing process in line with strategic goals and ensure the continuous liquidity of everphone
  • Work, update and review our financial models for business planning, refinancing and valuation
What you’ll need:
  • You have completed a Degree in Business Administration or any other business related field
  • You have gained professional experience in a management consultancy, auditing company, investment bank, investment fund or in a finance department
  • Experience in working with balance sheets, P&L statements and cash flows
  • You have a good command of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and ideally BigQuery
  • You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluency in German and English
