The Commercial Team in our Packaging & Specialty Plastics business is seeking an Administrative Specialist (m/f/d) in Wiesbaden, Germany.

In this role, you will provide essential business administrative support to a leader or department, demonstrating discretion and independent judgment in managing workflow. Your proficiency, honed through job-related training and substantial on-the-job experience, enables you to perform a variety of tasks under limited supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Provide a wide variety of business and administrative support to leaders and employees in the commercial team.
  • Manage calendars, agendas, minutes, etc.
  • Maintain files, records, and distribution lists.
  • Maintain internal file shares and team communication mechanisms.
  • Arrange business travel, coordinate internal meetings and event arrangement.
  • Monitor and track expenses against budgets and provide reports to budget manager.
  • May act as department focal point, e.g. with external vendors, IT, service providers etc.
  • Collaborate and work within a team to provide reliable and effective service.
Qualifications
  • Vocational degree (‘abgeschlossene Ausbildung’) in administrative or related fields.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in an internationally operating company is of advantage.
  • Service-oriented, reliable and accurate team player
  • Proficient MS Office user, experience in working with MS Teams is of advantage.
  • Comfortable with conversing and writing in English language.
  • German language skills are of advantage.

  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
  • This role can be performed in part-time
