About the Role


Our company seeks a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to navigate cross-teams and stakeholders, and have experience in management reporting, variance analysis, and creating solutions for business challenges. The FP&A Manager will support the strategic business process by providing essential analysis on KPIs and research, analyzing, reconciling, and validating various data sets and information to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a Finance business partner, owning the budgeting and forecasting processes, along with monthly and quarterly reporting to business leaders
  • Enable the growth and scaling of finance processes, working collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders (Accounting, BI, Operations, etc.)
  • Prepare business models with financial and operational data, identify trends and recommend growth and operational efficiency opportunities accordingly
  • Support preparation of Board and Executive team presentations including monthly financial results, variance analysis and business KPIs
  • Support the strategic business initiatives and participate in ad hoc projects as needed
  • Perform analysis on large data sets to build new reporting solutions and provide operational and business insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting and/or Operational FP&A role at either a high-growth or large well-established company
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, accounting processes and financial statements
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions including Commercial, Operations and Corporate
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast paced business with the ability to be agile
  • Strong Excel and Financial modelling skills. Experience in BI/ Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI a plus.
  • Proven ability to dive into large financial and operational data, become a subject matter expert in providing informed insights
  • Ability to create presentations that provide insightful analysis and identify required action items to effectively drive business decisions
