Financial Controller in part time (hybrid)


We are looking for a Financial Controller in part time to contribute towards the finance department. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by fully owning Financial Controlling activities, internal control to ensure the compliance of the processes with Group guidelines. You will collaborate with your team, to share, build together and meet our goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Monthly reporting according to group guidelines

  • Forecasting process and coordination with other group entities

  • Collaboration on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

  • Preparation and analysis of management reports

  • Monthly cost center reporting and analysis

  • Monthly project reporting and analysis and calculation of hourly rates

  • Article installation process

  • Maintenance and further development of reporting & controlling tools

  • Calculation and analysis of standard cost and overhead rate

  • Project work

Experiences


Your experience includes:


  • Completed business studies or comparable qualification with professional experience

  • At least 2 years in a similar position

  • Very good English languages skills (written & spoken)

  • Confident use of MS Office, especially MS Excel

  • Solid experience in integrated financial systems


Personal Qualities


  • Strong communication and organizational skills, especially at the interface to other group companies

  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures, policies, regulations, and rules

  • Time management and ability to respond quickly to new requests

  • Stress management capability

  • Positive thinking attitude

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good organizational skills;

  • Excellent teamwork skills, problem solving orientation and proactive and positive attitude
