Global Performance Steering (GPS) fulfills the controlling role within Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) and is the strategic and financial advisor to the business owners, enabling them to best steer their business.
Based in Munich, you will be part of a diverse and international team that is responsible for establishing a reliable reporting, driving the planning process and providing value-adding analyses of financials. This position will provide you with comprehensive insights into AGCS financials and strategy.

In this role you will….
- Support building up a reporting landscape within Finance that allows for standardization and efficient processing of reporting needs of various customers
- Design, develop and maintain automated self service reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Work closely with all stakeholders in CFO area and IT
- Support finance teams around the globe during reporting
- Analyze and report on AGCS financial performance
- Communicate to respective stakeholders new reporting activities
- Participate in global projects and implement initiatives as required
- Share best practices, increase efficiencies and set global standards
- Provide trainings to both colleagues and internal customers
