Your tasks

• You are a specialist! You are responsible for creating a KPI dashboard to visualize productivity development in the DACH, UK & IE cluster, with support from the Finance and Human Resource departments.
• You have everything in view! Continuous revision and expansion of the so-called "Productivity Dashboard", among other things by adding new IT management systems, local reports and best practices (national / international) as well as the inclusion of new functions to be controlled.
• You are contact person! Establishment and maintenance of the associated stakeholder management for the development of improvement measures with regard to productivity and early warning systems in close cooperation with the management.
• Active participation! Support in special projects of the Head Office (e.g. M&A, sustainability topics in the Real Estate area, etc.).

With this you convice us!

• Experience and knowledge: You have a university degree and have already gained experience in logistics and basic knowledge of finance. Fluency in English, good German skills are an advantage. Good handling of the common MS Office programs especially Excel and Power BI complete your profile.
• Personality: You can work well in a team and bring your own initiative. You show motivation and willingness to tackle topics proactively and strive for continuous optimization.
