YOUR MISSION:
As an Executive Assistant to the Founder (f/m/d)*, you will provide high-level support to our CEO and co-founder, Malte, and the CPTO and co-founder, Stefan. Your mission is to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and organization for our founders, allowing them to focus on strategic activities and drive the company’s growth.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Manage Schedules: Efficiently manage the schedules and appointments of Malte and Stefan, optimizing their time and ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings.
- Coordinate Travel: Take charge of coordinating travel arrangements, ensuring smooth travel logistics.
- Oversee Communications: Manage communications, including email and Slack, to facilitate efficient interaction between founders and team members.
- Expense Management: Handle expense reports and receipts, ensuring meticulous financial record-keeping.
- Task Follow-up: Follow up on various tasks to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Investor Coordination: Coordinate with investors, in consultation with The Founder’s Associate, to support our founder’s engagements.
- Special Projects: Manage special mini-projects, such as organizing team events, to foster team cohesion.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Years of Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in roles such as an executive assistant or operations at A+ companies.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in scheduling and office software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Professionalism: Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Industry Experience: Experience in executive assistant roles, particularly within relevant industries.

- Educational Background: Educational qualifications relevant to the role.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in additional languages to facilitate communication.
