Job Purpose

Partner with all levels of Training & Development staff and other related functions across Edwards to develop, manage and lead the execution of educational programs for health care providers (HCPs). Ensure educational programs meet Edwards quality standards and define, implement new/optimized processes in program tracking and monitoring. The position is a maternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage training events, including HCP event approval process management (CVent), attendees’ registration, pre-meeting preparation of materials, room setup, etc, logistics support, onsite support during the training (including travelling when needed), being the key contact for events with attendees and internal & external faculty
  • Plan and organize training programs for HCPs, including scheduling, managing training materials (pre-work, slides decks, etc.) access & assignment to trainees
  • Support the creation of HCP training pathways including the digital platform of Learning Management System
  • Manage the feedback and develop reporting tools in order to evaluate the training program, including effectiveness. Develop and lead the implementation of solutions and improvements
  • Project management of small/medium training projects
  • Contracts management, billing and invoice processing for both HCPs and vendors. Budget- actuals and forecast management
  • Other incidental duties
Expected Skills And Experiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in the related field
  • Previous related experience, preferably in the field of events organized in the medical environment
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Attitude to proactivity, accountability, ability to work in a structured way, desire to learn and to grow professionally, flexibility and familiarity with the digital environment
  • Good critical thinking
  • Substantial understanding of medical device regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
