Your Tasks:

• Industrial market analysis, trends identification, market sizing and segmentation.
• Competitive analysis and benchmark reports.
• Content generation for NXP’s positioning in Industry 4.0 market. Should be able to move from marketing documentation down to technical documentation.
• Generation of PowerBI reports and marketing Power Point presentation.
• Develop a comprehensive view of NXP’s cross Business Line portfolio for industrial market.

Your Profile:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Industrial/Mechatronics/Automation/Electrical Engineering with complementary lectures on Business Administration, or holder of Bachelor degree in already mentioned disciplines and currently studying a Master in Management or similar.
• Passionate for combining technical knowledge and business concepts to develop new businesses and innovation for the 4th Industrial Revolution.
• Knowledge/experience in industrial automation is a must, understanding of embedded systems, hard real time systems, industrial communication, control theory, industrial functional safety and industrial cybersecurity.
• You should be familiar with PLCs, DCS, Servo drive, AC drive, HVAC, remote IOs, HMIs, industrial switches and gateways, industrial robotics, AGV and industrial sensors.
• Experience with Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, PowerPoint and with LaTeX.
• Team player, pro-active and able to work independently.
• Open-minded, active listener, curious and passionate.
• Fluent in English. Content, reports and calls are in English.

Additional Requirements:

• Working hours: Approx. 14- 18h/ week
• Able to join us for more than 6 months, ideally one or two years. Within this time you can write with us your Project Work or Thesis, as long as it is in the area of technical marketing.
