Working Student IT (Service Management) (m/w/d)

A Task That Challenges
  • Participate in optimising the IT processes and the ITSM tool TOPdesk
  • Maintain the IT service catalogue
  • Responsible for the regular creation of service reports
  • Conduct regular process trainings of all existing processes for the IT colleagues at our Group IT
  • Support the management of external suppliers and service partners
  • Be the first point of contact for IT Service Management issues of the business
A Background That Convinces
  • Studies in computer science, information technology or other related discipline
  • Knowledge of the IT Service framework and ITSM tools
  • Any experience in IT Service environment or ITIL driven IT organisation is an advantage
  • You convince us with your pronounced IT affinity as well as a reliable and cooperative way of working
  • You like and feel comfortable communicating fluently in German and English
