ABOUT THE TEAM

SAP is committed to not only deliver best-of-breed business applications, but rather a suite of highly integrated and intelligent solutions enabling seamless end-to-end business processes.

To address the integration challenge on a technical level, the Cross-Architecture team is looking for a student to support of Learning Curricula for development: Architecture Curriculum and Development Expert Curriculum.

These are blended learning programs which run for one year and consist of courses, on-the-job tasks, self-study and mentoring. The cohorts (tracks) are organized per location and coordinated globally.

There is an existing infrastructure of Confluence WIKI, MS Teams / Sharepoint, the SAP Learning Solution, and SAP JAM to provide information to participants, mentors, facilitators (trainers), and local organizers, to coordinate courses, find facilitators (trainer sourcing), and collect topics and results of the courses.

This position is about supporting the global coordinators with operational tasks and community-related activities.

The Cross-Architecture team is looking for a working student, who will work on an hourly basis, starting from October.


THE ROLE

As a member of the Cross-Architecture team in Walldorf you will help to

  • Planning of a track schedule (series of courses)
  • Request creation of course events in the learning management system
  • Setting up track infrastructure (file storage, WIKI pages, MS Teams, templates)
  • Trainer sourcing for the courses
  • For the courses: Send reminders + templates to facilitators for onboarding and post-processing activities
  • Handle participant requests (change course participation from one to another)
  • Check progress of participants
  • Prepare / post-process group events (kick-off, midterm review, closing)
  • Planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring internal communication activities
  • Organizing and executing events and meetings onsite and online
  • Maintaining internal Wiki and Jam pages
  • General operations-related or administrative tasks


ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Student (f/m/d) in Economics/Business Administration or comparable field (university or university of applied sciences)
  • Computer skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams, Power Point and especially Excel incl. macro handling and programming) is a must-have, knowledge of SAP Jam and of graphic design of Web pages and documents is helpful
  • Language skills: Excellent English skills (written and verbal) are a prerequisite, German language skills are an advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Soft skills: Strong communication skills, flexibility and willingness to learn and explore new things, independent working style, reliability and working on schedule

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
