We’re looking for a tech-savvy Web & Tracking Analyst to use their experience to help us to build a holistic marketing tracking concept, and drive its implementation together with our Marketing Analytics and Product teams. In this role, you’ll be joining our vibrant and international marketing department, where we focus on effectively expanding our core markets and conquering new ones. Your goal will be to make sure that we can improve our tracking capabilities across web and apps, to make efficient budget decisions across all Marketing channels.

You’ll be based in Berlin working in the Digital Marketing team, as well as collaborating closely with the Berlin and Vilnius-based data scientists and development teams.

In This Position, You Will

• Lend your expertise to enable Tag Management to track all marketing contacts leading to our web & app environment
• Work hand-in-hand with the Product and Analytics teams to coordinate implementation, analysis, and reporting
• Keep track of internal as well as external deployments / product changes and their potential impact on marketing tracking
• Stay up to date with developments and trends in marketing tracking (browser updates, privacy protection, etc.) and address necessary measures
• Provide the necessary quality assurance for the tracking concept implementation and tracking tags, and ensure data quality.
• Write, audit, and maintain implementation documents based on Google Analytics Measurement Protocol or other tracking guidelines
  

About You

• Experience in implementing Google Analytics (Measurement Protocol) and utilizing Google Tag Manager
• Strong knowledge in tracking methods, data layer manipulation, and the transformation and usage of custom JavaScript to Google Tag Manager
• High-level of expertise on Tags implementation and troubleshooting
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics APIs
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or Javascript - Scala or Python knowledge would be an advantage
• Practical experience with BigQuery
• A team player who loves to collaborate and work with stakeholders from different backgrounds in an international environment

We are adopting a hybrid workplace model. This means that you’ll spend Tuesdays and Wednesdays working from the office, and for the remainder of your time, you’ll be able to choose between either working from home or the office.

But from now until at least 1st September, however, we plan to continue working from home. The new model will roll out once the pandemic situation is under control and national workplace restrictions are lifted.
