Your responsibilities

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for an international Sales Trainee (all genders welcome). In a challenging, tailor-made program lasting 18 months, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your commitment and personal expertise in an international environment
  • Within the trainee program your working field will be highly dedicated to the automotive industry
  • You will work in different units along our extensive value chain, giving you a comprehensive insight into the structures and processes of our company
  • Focusing on international sales, we will help you acquire the skills you need to become a competent contact for our customers both in global account management and in regional sales.
  • You gain experience in the processing of customer orders and complaints
  • You maintain certain customers and optimize selling processes
  • You will work across departments on the development of new applications and market fields in the automotive industry
  • You support the further development of our business and work on exciting projects with clear market focus and customer orientation
  • In addition, a stay abroad is planned for several weeks or months

Your profile

  • You are open-minded, determined and self-motivated and have a degree (Bachelor/Master) in economics, industrial engineering or comparable program
  • You have former experience in sales, possible in the context of an internship and completed international assignments as part of your degree
  • You are interested in the structural change in the Automotive Industry
  • You have strong skills in market analysis and a feel for new trends
  • You convince your environment with a confident manner and ability to communicate
  • You complete tasks with a high commitment and structured operation
  • You think globally and are keen to collaborate with partners from other countries and cultures
  • In addition to very good English skills, you also speak German and ideally Italian
  • You are absolutely mobile and you are interested in international business trips
