What you will enjoy doing

• As a Commercial Trainee you will be able to dive into a variety of commercial departments and facets of an internationally operating company
• You will be part of real-life projects, focusing on the commercial planning and execution and including the most important learning areas of contract negotiations, methods of project planning and project controlling, supply chain processes, logistics and transportation as well as claims management
• You will be able to strengthen your skills with insights into the sales activities of our product portfolio and into our engineering activities
• In 18 months, you will get to know an exciting, challenging and in their scope of duties very diverse working environment, with networks and customers all over the world, which will allow you to grow on the job and gain extensive professional experience
• Your mentor will help unleash your full potential by working with you and giving feedback
• Additional training in relevant soft skills as well as active networking with peers, key contacts and top managers will also boost your development

What makes you great

• You have above average grades in a completed master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering, Law or similar
• You gained international experience through internships and/or studies abroad
• You are comfortable in a performance-oriented work-environment, based on mutual respect and constructive teamwork
• You have strong communication skills in German and English; a third language would be beneficial

In Dresden we are especially focusing on the topics of CO₂ & decarbonization, Green Hydrogen, Air Separation and Polyolefine.
