The Talent Manager role in Netcentric is responsible for supporting our colleagues in their journey, through a diverse range of activities which ensure an overall great employee experience.
We are looking for an HR professional who is passionate about people and who is keen on continuing to make Netcentric a great place to work.

You’ll have the opportunity to work in an international, fast paced & holacratic environment, with the focus on our Studios in Germany & Switzerland, but with the possiblity to contribute to our global HR initiatives.

Your role more in detail:

• Provide ongoing support to employees regarding our internal policies and be the main point of contact for Talent management related topics
• Act as a coach, providing appropriate support and feedback to leaders and employees within the organisation
• Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
• Anticipate, identify and facilitate resolution of employee relations topics
• Integrate and partner with the team to implement solutions and continuous process improvement
• Develop and implement Talent Management initiatives across Netcentric
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Ensure legal compliance for the location under scope
• You will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment and must be adaptable to change

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years as an HR Manager with generalist profile or equivalent in Talent Management in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required in Human resources or related field.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment & within a distributed team
• You’re innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
• Solid knowledge of German labour law is a must
• Knowledge and experience in Swiss labour law is a plus
• Proficiency in English and German languages
• Outstanding communication skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
