What you will be doing:

We are looking for a TA Specialist specialized in commercial, supply chain, R&D and operation roles. You will be based in Heidelberg, and will be overseeing all white-collar recruiting activities for the Human Nutrition unit across EMEA. These are some of the roles we hire in this area: account and sales managers, supply chain, regulatory, operations, scientists, flavourists etc.

In this role, you will have a hands-on approach in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from the definition of the hiring need until the offer is accepted, delivering a high-level experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the cycle.

You will be able to bring your market knowledge to the table and use these knowledge of the competitive landscape to build recruiting strategies and keep a solid candidate pipeline. There is a lot of room for creativity on how to find and attract the best candidates, in particular for niche roles.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter the most for this role:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the life sciences or pharma recruitment industry
  • Comfortable working on matrix, international, and multicultural organizations
  • Prior agency experience is a great advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and other advanced search methods
  • Customer relationship oriented, ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels
  • Ownership and entrepreneur mindset. You will be working independently most of the time
  • English is our working language therefore you need to be comfortable working in this language, but a good command of German is also necessary for this role
  • Proven track record of contributing to a positive team dynamic and fostering a collaborative work environment. You will be part of an amazing international team of Talent Acquisition professionals!
