  • 1st and 2nd level support
  • Manage hardware and software with SCCM.
  • Performing backups
  • Occasional field service support
Your skill profile
  • Very good knowledge of the Windows environment (Windows 7 to Windows 11).
  • Experience in hardware and software support
  • Good understanding in the environment backup and SCCM
  • Fluency in written and spoken German
