What you will do

Join us in helping companies of different sizes and industries take their own climate action today. We are dedicated to working as a team towards our common goal: making net zero a reality.

Become part of our Regulatory Affairs team in Berlin or Milan, where we collaborate closely with our Legal team and Product Wwners to make sure that our digital products and services keep pace with new regulatory requirements.

  • Identify, monitor, assess, and prioritize relevant regulatory changes and updates regarding their impact on our business model and offerings
  • Identify relevant requirements from regulatory frameworks and consult solution development teams
  • Ensure that products and processes follow current regulatory requirements and standards
  • Keep the organization informed about new and evolving regulatory requirements and trends
  • Provide guidance and training to internal and external stakeholders related to relevant regulations, norms, and standards
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to address potential regulatory issues
  • Engage with industry initiatives to inform the development and update of relevant standards and norms
Who you are
  • You are a professional with at least 2 to 5 years’ experience in a sustainability related job
  • You have a deep understanding of environmental laws, regulations, and standards at local, national, and international levels
  • You are well familiar with relevant carbon accounting and sustainability reporting standards (e.g., ISO, GHG Protocol, ESRS)
  • You enjoy researching into technical topics and staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
  • You bring a solution-oriented and structured way of working with meticulous attention to detail
  • Your strong analytical skills allow you to assess risks and opportunities arising from regulatory requirements from a business perspective
  • You have effective communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • You use your excellent project management skills to ensure successful collaboration across departments and successful delivery of high-quality results
  • You enjoy presenting complex topics to various audiences and educate different stakeholders about substantially challenging topics
  • You communicate professionally in English and German
