Key Accountabilities
  • Efficient administration of production scheduling activities like Stock position management and support of the stock control process
  • Regular contact with outside parties (logistics services providers, Production Operators and toll processors)
  • Creation of daily plan for coming weeks with input from Mid Term Plan, stock levels & orders
  • Daily channel capacity reviews. Makes plan in case of gaps, aiming to minimize cost to serve and impact to customers
  • Transfer Order scheduling
  • Execution of orders for Toll processing and shipments to external warehouses
  • Is responsible to avoid backlogs in the system
  • Tracks and analyzes KPIs (key performance indicators) for one product or site. Implements actions to improve best practices across team.
  • Resolves forecast-related issues
Qualifications
  • Fluent in German and good level of English (verbal and written)
  • Secondary education level or higher
  • Preferably basic knowledge of production scheduling and logistics processes
  • PC literate (e.g. MS Office Suite)
  • Understanding of production processes
  • Basic understanding of product applications at customers
  • Team player and hands-on problem solver
