To start shortly, we are currently seeking an

(Sr.) Engineer Product Planner (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for
  • Define and propose product strategies for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis brands for the European market
  • Analyze market status and identify main or new trends
  • Identify and monitor key customer needs and requirements
  • Define related vehicles technical characteristics and features
  • Propose future technological requirements and roadmap
  • Evaluate effects on product of market research findings
  • Gather competitor product information
  • Propose lifecycle activities
  • Define and improve brand differentiation strategy
  • Analyze and monitor brand positioning
  • Identify and update unique selling point (USP) areas and related technology needed for improving differentiation
  • Support and improve mid-long term trend sensing process

Who We Are Looking For
  • Degree in industrial or mechanical engineering with experience in business administration or product management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in automotive business
  • Marketing know-how
  • Knowledge of main automotive databases (e.g. NCBS, JATO and/or others)
  • Deep knowledge of Eastern European markets as a plus
  • Willing to drive changes in the automotive world
  • Pro-active, self-motivated and willing to travel
  • Fluent spoken and written English language
  • Strong analytic and presentation skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
