Your job:
We are looking for an encouraged and motivated Electronics Engineer or Natural Scientist to support our activities in the Integration Department in Dresden. You will be a member of a highly-skilled international team working on analysis of electrical test data during technology development and volume production.
As an ETEST Targeting engineer, you will monitor electrical parameters as well as support other departments in the release of new tools and processes by analyzing parametric data. Therefore, you will use software applications to analyze the effect of inline parameters and tools on electrical parametric performance and stability.
You will determine the causes of parameter scatter and/or parametric driven yield loss together with other departments and jointly develop process changes or work on tool matching improvements.
Your profile:
You have a masters degree in electrical engineering or physics/chemistry or comparable field of study.
As a qualified engineer or natural scientist, you are passionate about next-generation semiconductor technologies seeking challenging tasks in the field of electrical parametrics.
Your knowledge of device physics and CMOS fabrication processes allows you to understand the interactions between electrical behavior, test structure layout, and manufacturing processes on a deep level. Preferably, you have experience in statistics and data analysis.
You are a team player with strong communication and presentation skills who is able to efficiently exchange ideas and share results within and between teams with different technical background - and to present the outcome clearly and concisely to internal and external customers.
We expect competence in written and spoken English as well as solid knowledge in use of standard office software (MS Office).
