To strengthen our team, we are looking for an

Internal Controls Manager (m/f/d)


Challenges that make you grow
  • Implement and maintain the Internal Controls system and procedures for the whole group in line with best practises
  • Continuous development of Internal Controls framework covering financial and non-financial aspects incl. Internal control over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
  • Coordination, designing and monitoring of effectiveness of controls
  • Proactive and continuous identification of critical risks as well as follow up of defined actions
  • Interact closely with business to strengthen awareness, and support the effective implementation of relevant risk mitigation measures
  • Providing advice and support for identified improvement areas
  • Develop and execute training and communication material

Qualifications that will help you get ahead
  • University degree in finance, business administration or equivalent qualifications
  • Several years of relevant experience within Internal Controls, preferably in an international environment and/or from auditing or Big4 consulting
  • Experience in developing and implementing Internal Controls frameworks with focus on policy & procedures, risk assessment and monitoring
  • Project management skills, ability to co-ordinate effectively cross-functional teams
  • Proactive approach with demonstrated ability to effectively implement systems and actions
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Analytical with structured way of working
  • Ability and interest to work independently and in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in German and English
